By accessing the Website or using our marketplace and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Services immediately.

1. Scope of Services & Eligibility

1.1 What we do. Perfect Essay connects individuals and organisations that need written content (“Clients”) with independent Authors.
1.2 Permitted use. Delivered content (“Work”) is provided for reference, research, and learning. Clients must not submit the Work as their own where academic or professional rules prohibit it.
1.3 Age & geography. Services are available only to users aged 16+ and not resident in jurisdictions subject to EU, OFAC or FATF restrictions, or where such marketplaces are illegal. We may block or terminate accounts from restricted areas.

2. Accounts & Security

2.1 Registration. Create an account with a valid email and strong password; keep credentials confidential.
2.2 Responsibility. You are responsible for all actions under your account. Report any unauthorised access to info@perfect-essay.com immediately.
2.3 Payout request security (Authors). Authors must be logged into their account and successfully authenticated to initiate a payout request. For added security, we use SSL/TLS encryption and payment-method authentication protocols (e.g., 3-D Secure).

3. AML/KYC Obligations & Restricted Activities

3.1 Identity checks. To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, we may request identity verification (official ID and/or proof of address).
3.2 Prohibited activities (non-exhaustive):

• Adult/sexually explicit services
• Sale or promotion of weapons or regulated pharmaceuticals
• Financial crimes or high-risk financial operations (fraud, Ponzi, market manipulation)
• Money laundering or terrorism financing
• Illegal drugs and related paraphernalia
• Intellectual-property infringement (copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights)
• Academic misconduct or misrepresentation (using our Services to cheat or pass Work off as original)
• Activities connected to darknet marketplaces or illegal trade
  3.3 Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate your account, reverse transactions, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

4. Ordering Process (How it Works)

4.1 Place an order. Specify topic, scope/word count, deadline, formatting, and attach references.
4.2 Assignment model. Authors are anonymous. Platform administrators vet Authors and assign orders according to their qualifications; Client selection of a specific Author is not available.
4.3 Status-only updates. To preserve anonymity there is no on-site messenger; you can view status only.
4.4 Client duties. Provide complete instructions and materials when submitting the order. Missing inputs may cause delays, additional fees, or scope changes.

5. Payments, Pricing & Escrow (EUR)

5.1 Currency. All prices are displayed and payable in EUR. We may update pricing prospectively; changes do not affect orders already paid.
5.2 Prepayment. Orders are paid in advance (Visa, Mastercard, and other supported methods).
5.3 Escrow & release. Funds are held in escrow and automatically released to the Author 14 days from the transaction date, unless the Client opens a dispute or revision request.

6. Payout Terms (Authors)

6.1 Eligibility. Payouts are available only to verified Authors with active accounts in good standing who do not reside in jurisdictions subject to EU, OFAC or FATF restrictions.
6.2 Processing time. Payout requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days from submission; timelines may vary by payment method or processor availability.
6.3 Limits & fees (EUR). Minimum payout €10; maximum per transaction €5,000. Processing fees may apply and are disclosed before confirmation. The Company is not responsible for intermediary bank fees.
6.4 Payout ledger. Eligible users can view a record of completed payouts (transaction ID, amount, status, date) in their dashboard.
6.5 Declines. Payouts may be declined for: incomplete/failed KYC; unsupported method; insufficient available balance; policy violations or suspicious activity; residing in or transacting from a prohibited jurisdiction.
6.6 Reversals/holds. In the event of an erroneous or unauthorised payout, we may reverse or withhold funds pending investigation and resolution (see also §14.2).
6.7 Security requirement. To initiate a payout the Author must be logged in and authenticated; we apply SSL/TLS and 3-D Secure where applicable.
6.8 Payout disputes. Any dispute related to payout processing must be submitted to info@perfect-essay.com within 14 days from the transaction date. Disputes are reviewed and resolved under §14 (Governing Law & Disputes).

7. Revisions & Refunds (Clients)

7.1 Revisions. One free revision where the delivered Work deviates from the original instructions. Mid-course changes or scope extensions may incur additional fees.
7.2 Refunds (may be granted when): non-delivery; significant deviation from the order; technical issues preventing completion; request submitted within 14 days from the transaction date.
7.3 Refunds (not granted when): dissatisfaction with grades/outcomes; Client failed to supply required references on time; misuse of Work for academic dishonesty; requests made after six months from the transaction date.
7.4 Timing. Refunds are processed by the payment provider in 3–6 business days.

8. Intellectual Property & Licence

8.1 Ownership. Rights in the Work remain with Perfect Essay until escrow release.
8.2 Licence grant. Upon escrow release to the Author, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence for lawful personal or organisational use.
8.3 Prohibitions. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or claim authorship of the Work.

9. Academic Integrity & Prohibited Use

9.1 Zero-tolerance on plagiarism. You must not present the Work as your own academic submission, infringe IP, or violate institutional rules.
9.2 No misuse. Do not use the Services to circumvent academic requirements, commit fraud, or engage in unlawful conduct.

10. Privacy & Data

We process only the data necessary to operate the marketplace. Details appear in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data; disclosures occur only where required by law or essential to provide the Services.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close accounts without notice for fraud/chargebacks/policy breaches; harassment of Authors or staff; or attempts to circumvent security/controls.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee grades, institutional approval, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outcomes will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or delays due to external factors (including internet/network outages).
13.2 Payout processors. The Company is not liable for any delays, failures, or issues in payout delivery caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Payouts may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to legal or regulatory restrictions.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Class or collective actions are excluded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
